THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN RANGERS MUSEUM AND ARCHIVES

As Chairman of the Rocky Mountain Rangers Museum and Archives I would like to welcome you to this new website where we will be highlighting the Museum and the Rocky Mountain Rangers Association! The Museum and Archives has been in existence for over thirty years in Kamloops BC, Canada and is an accredited Canadian Forces Museum created to support and record the history of the Rocky Mountain Rangers. The museum is currently open by appointment only and we hope to increase access in the near future. We welcome the donation of any artifacts, pictures or information.

THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN RANGERS ASSOCIATION

As president of The Rocky Mountain Rangers Association I would like to also welcome you to this new website. It is a joint venture, which will enable us to bring together current serving members, former members and members of the public, for the purpose of providing information regarding the history of the Rocky Mountain Rangers and the activities of the Regimental Association.

Our Association objectives, upcoming events, executive, pictures and kit shop are linked here and will be updated on a continuous basis. Anyone wishing to join our membership or update it can contact myself or our treasurer Sharon Jones. Our membership fee is $10.00 per year or $40.00 for 5 years. Thanks very much and enjoy.

Objectives

a.  To foster the esprit de corps of the Regiment, the traditions, history and interests of all Rocky Mountain Rangers.

b.  To foster, promote and maintain the well-being of The Regiment in any endeavor requested by the Commanding Officer, to the best of the collective ability of the membership.

c.  To promote camaraderie and maintain association with members past or present who served with The Regiment and its affiliated cadet corps

d.  To promote the spirit of The Regiment’s motto “KLOSHE NANITCH”
